Single Launching Sessions in both Yogic and Wellness and Lifestyle Coaching offer the support, the structure, and a holistic framework for those self-directed people who prefer to work on their own. For those beginning a program with me, the Launching Session is always the first step.

YOGIC LAUNCHING SESSION
We identify your goals, your struggles and the areas of your life in which you would like to increase your consciousness. We determine whether or not a Program would be appropriate for you and set you up with intentions and practices that clarify what you want.

WELLNESS LAUNCHING SESSION
We get straight to the heart of the matter of your wellness and health concerns. We determine if you are dealing with chronic conditions that require external resources and a team of practitioners, or, if you simply want the support and guidance to take better care of yourself and get back on track with a healthy routine and structure.

Yoga & Pilates Series

PRIVATE YOGA/PILATES LAUNCHING SESSION
The initial consult to begin a program—
This 90-minute initial consultation sets you up with a 6-week program to address physical and energetic issues. We determine your goals, asses your structure, go over your health history and design a personalized practice.

YOGA/PILATES PRIVATES
These sessions are designed to develop your personal yoga practice. A practice can be useful in stabilizing, strengthening, and creating flexibility for both body and mind. A private is beneficial when you want focused attention on your particular structural and energetic issue, when you are rehabbing an injury and when group classes are not addressing your physical needs or schedule.

INTEGRATION SESSION
In this 90-minute session we design a practice that addresses what is going on in your life and how this effects your body. A powerful combination of 30 minutes of coaching and an hour of yoga/Pilates that will noticeably change your body and your outlook. Integration Sessions can transform negative physical and emotional patterns and bring you back to a centered and positive space. We make the practice of yoga relevant to who you are and what you need.

TRIAD SESSIONS
3 person semi–private sessions are workshop-style, focused on targeting specific physical or energetic issue that are surfacing in your life. Designed to support you in creating community.

Holistic Nutrition & bodywork sessions

Holistic Nutrition
Holistic Nutrition sessions are offered as part of a 12-week Wellness and Lifestyle Program. The emphasis is on creating sustainable changes in your diet and how to implement these changes into your life.

Bodywork Sessions
These sessions are used to complement private yoga and wellness Programs. They can address specific restrictions in the body, range of motion and adhesions, as well as support structural re-alignment, your overall integration and relaxation, stress reduction and energetic clearing.

Group Classes

Group sessions offer a more affordable way to create support, community and a focus in healing. Enroll a small group of your friends to address your common issues and goals and do a Program together!
