Our state of wellness includes how we connect to the things that are not in our control, our stress management and our ability to let go and relax.

WHAT DOES A WELLNESS AND LIFESTYLE COACH DO?

As your Wellness and Lifestyle Coach, I support you in creating an integrated approach to healing that includes body, mind, and spirit.

Wellness is not so much a goal as a process, a journey, and a way of orienting yourself towards life. The goal of a Wellness Plan is that it encompasses the entirety of your life rather than just treating pain or disease. This involves emotional and spiritual well-being, but most importantly we focus on what wellness means to you and how to get rooted in it.

I offer a holistic framework, self-management tools and creative resources to problem solve your unique issues. I can provide you with my network of healthcare providers or work in tandem with your existing practioners. My goal is to guide you towards optimal wellness by keeping you connected to your internal and external resources.
